Happi Headspace is on a mission to support mental health and well-being by helping people build body awareness
and connect with community.

Through massage, assisted stretch, somatic coaching, body-awareness education, and community wellness programs, Happi Headspace creates opportunities to slow down, notice what is happening in the body, and expand the capacity to feel.

As body awareness grows, it may become easier to recognize your needs, respond with greater intention, communicate more clearly, and ask for support. Our community experiences also create space for honest conversation, shared reflection, and meaningful connection with others.

Our vision is for those we serve to feel fully connected to themselves — grounded enough to honor their needs, open enough to receive support, and secure enough to move from self-protection into self-trust.

The Heart & Soul Behind
Happi Headspace

Welcome, friends! I’m Rochelle Mahone, licensed massage therapist, somatic coach, and founder of Happi Headspace.

This work is deeply personal for me. I know how it feels to spend years in therapy understanding your trauma and patterns, only to find yourself back in situations that reveal another layer of low self-worth. Like choosing emotionally unavailable partners, working for companies that value productivity over people, or playing small because being seen feels unsafe.

It has taken me 25 years to discover that understanding our stories is only part of the process. The body carries so much of what we’ve lived through — the stress, the pain, the overwhelm, and the patterns we learned in order to survive. For me, healing required returning to my body: being still, noticing what I felt, and learning to trust my inner wisdom again. This was the key to safety, agency, and connection.

If this sounds familiar, I invite you to explore the services and experiences Happi Headspace has to offer. I’d be honored to support you.
